2.2 Clients are responsible for checking visa requirements, travel restrictions, and documentation needs for their intended destinations.

3. Payment and Fees
3.1 A non-refundable consulting fee will be charged for our services. The fee structure will be clearly outlined in advance.
3.2 Full payment for travel-related bookings is required as per the terms of the service providers. We are not responsible for any payment disputes with third-party service providers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Clients must comply with the cancellation and refund policies of the respective providers.
4.2 Globetrotter VA Services will not be liable for any loss or penalty incurred due to cancellations or changes made by the client or third-party providers.

5. Liability and Disclaimer
5.1 Globetrotter VA Services is not liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party service providers.
5.2 We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events that impact travel plans.

Terms and Conditions for Virtual Assistant Services

By engaging the services of Globetrotter VA Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and limitations associated with the Virtual Assistant (VA) services provided.

1.1 Globetrotter VA Services, offers virtual assistance for tasks such as administrative support, email management, data entry, social media management, scheduling, and other agreed-upon services.
1.2 Services are customized based on the client’s requirements and confirmed in the service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 The client must provide clear instructions, access to necessary tools and platforms, and any relevant information required to perform tasks.
2.2 It is the client’s responsibility to review completed work and provide timely feedback.

3. Confidentiality
3.1 Globetrotter VA Services, will maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents.
3.2 Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be signed upon request to ensure additional confidentiality.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Services are billed on an hourly, package, or retainer basis, as agreed upon.
4.2 Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

5. Revisions

7.2 While every effort is made to ensure high-quality service, Globetrotter VA Services, is not responsible for unforeseen technical issues or delays caused by third-party platforms.

8.1 Regular communication will be maintained through agreed-upon channels (e.g., email, messaging apps, or project management tools).
8.2 Response times will be within 24 hours during business days.
